Fighter-Drones Are small one man craft that are deployed by Motherships/SuperCarriers. Used when frigates are needed for more important things. They are invaluable in massive fleet battles, and with the right strategy can turn the tides of conflict. Combat fighters have similar defenses to that of the average battlecruiser (2000-3000 shields/ armor) Fighter-Drones are easily hands down an important asset to any large scale engagement.
